Refund Policy
Content Flow – CF Digital Solutions | Last updated: April 2026
1. Business-to-Business Service
Content Flow is a business-to-business (B2B) service offered exclusively to entrepreneurs and professionals within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). By subscribing, the Customer expressly confirms acting in a commercial or independent professional capacity. As a result, the statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 312g, 355 BGB does not apply to this contract.
2. Free Trial
All paid subscription tiers (OnlyFans Plan, Fansly Plan, Bundle Plan, Pro Plan) include a 3-day free trial. During this trial, the Customer can evaluate the full feature set at no cost and cancel anytime before the trial ends without any charge. We strongly recommend using this trial period to confirm that Content Flow fits the Customer's workflow before committing to a paid billing cycle.
3. Subscription Cancellation
(1) Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the customer portal or by email to the Provider.
(2) Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Customer retains full access to the service until the end of the paid period.
(3) No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within an already-paid monthly billing cycle.
(4) For annual subscriptions, Section 4a (Annual Plan Refunds) applies.
4. Refund Eligibility (Goodwill)
While no statutory refund right applies, the Provider may grant goodwill refunds at its sole discretion in the following cases:
- Technical failure: The service was non-functional for the Customer due to verified technical issues on the Provider's side that could not be resolved within a reasonable time
- Duplicate billing: A payment was accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized charge: A charge was made without valid authorization (e.g. after verified cancellation)
Requests must be submitted via the Contact form within 14 days of the charge in question. Each case is reviewed individually. Goodwill refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4a. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused full months within the first 30 days after the annual charge, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the annual billing date
- The refund amount is calculated as: (annual price ÷ 12) × number of unused full months remaining
- The first month is always considered used, regardless of when the request is made within that month
- The 3-day free trial period does not affect the 30-day refund window, which begins at the first paid charge
After the 30-day window has passed, annual plans are no longer eligible for pro-rata refunds. Goodwill refunds under Section 4 (technical failure, duplicate billing, unauthorized charge) remain available regardless of this time limit.
To request an annual plan refund, contact us within 30 days as described in Section 7.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, as they constitute immediate digital service delivery:
- Credit packs that have been fully or partially consumed — credits are delivered instantly and used upon purchase
- Monthly subscription periods where the Customer actively used the service and decided to cancel afterward
- Monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle — the remaining period stays active, but no refund is issued
- Annual subscriptions where the 30-day refund window has expired (except goodwill cases under Section 4)
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — the free trial exists to evaluate this before purchase
- Changes in the Customer's business or workflow that no longer require the service
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage Customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks through their payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and blocking from future purchases. LemonSqueezy's chargeback policy applies in parallel to this policy.

Please include: the email address used for the purchase, the order/invoice ID from LemonSqueezy, and a clear description of the reason for the request.
8. Changes to this Policy
The Provider reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated on this page and, for active subscribers, by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
